The Development Director will develop, implement and oversee all fund raising efforts. The DD will develop and implement a fund raising campaign that includes both individual & corporate donations. The DD will also assist the Managing Director with grant applications.

The Development Director will oversee the Marketing & PR department and assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

The Development Director will also be in charge of helping to expand the company's network both in the professional theater world and in growing the company's profile in terms of audience recognition.

The job is part-time and at present we are not able to offer any set compensation, rather the DD will be paid a percentage of the money they bring into the company. This is an excellent opportunity to join an up-and-coming theatre company in a position that has the future potential to develop into a full-time paid position...basically, if you do the job really well, especially the fund raising part, you can create a full-time position for yourself. The Marketing Director will oversee the marketing staff (interns) and develop and implement targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.

The Marketing Director will also serve as the company's press liaison and establish a relationship between the Theatre and the press.

The Marketing Director will be in charge of developing all press releases, and maintaining all correspondence with the press.

The job is part-time and at present we are not able to offer any set compensation, rather the position will be paid a small percentage of the total box office based on audience figures.
